There is a mandatory site tour for all Bidders:
Date: Tuesday, August 11, 2020
Time: To be determined based on Bidder response
Bidders to express interest in attending with Sasha Stairs, via email, by August 9th in order to be
scheduled for a tour.

Front entrance of FHC
Safety boots and hard hat not required.
While on site, all individuals must abide by Flemingdon Health Centre's COVID-19
procedures, such as screening, wearing a face mask at all times while on site, following
hand washing guidelines etc. No more than 8 Bidders to be permitted at any tour. One
representative per company may attend in person, others may join virtually.

.3 Date of Submission: Before: 2:00:00 pm local time, Tuesday, August 25: "Bid Closing".

.4 Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their bids in the manner and time
prescribed. The person receiving bid submissions, will manually write the time and
date the envelope was received. Envelopes submitted after the specified time will not be
accepted. Electronic submissions will not be accepted.

.5 Tenders will be opened privately by the Consultant and Owner.
