Question 3	Each contract shall commence December 1, 2021 & will expire December 1, 2023 with provision for a one year renewal term to December 1, 2024. The one year renewal shall be automatic unless the Owner, at its sole discretion and without cause, cancels the renewal term by giving the Contractor written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the initial term. Should the start date on the contract be delayed for any reason, the initial term will expire 24 months following the actual award date.	Yes
