Question 1	Having carefully examined the site of the proposed work and all conditions affecting such, as well as the Contract Documents including the Specifications, all Drawings listed in the Specifications, all Amendments, and the Instructions to Bidders for this project; and hereby acknowledge the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders. Question 2	WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, offer to furnish all necessary Labour, materials, superintendence, plant, tools and equipment, and everything else required to perform expeditiously and complete in a satisfactory manner the work for the sum as indicated.	Yes
Question 3	The normal duration of each contract, shall be 3 years and consist of an initial 2 year term from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2025 and provision for a one year renewal term from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026. The one year renewal shall be automatic unless the owner, at its sole discretion and without cause, cancels the renewal term by giving the contractor written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the initial term. Should the start date be delayed for any reason so that the service is reduced, then the value of the contract will be reduced proportionately. Regardless of the start date the contract expiry date shall be March 31, 2026	Yes
