A non-mandatory site viewing will occur at 2:00 pm on Thursday, Feb. 1, 2024 at 68 Portugal Cove Rd. (Argyle Building), Supreme Court of NL - Family Division. The purpose of this site viewing is to give potential bidders access to the ground floor (L0 – basement) of the building only. No questions will be answered at the viewing. The contractor will be required to submit any and all questions to the Tendering and Contracts Division of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure and an official response will be posted via an amendment if required.
