Tenders are invited and will be received up to 3:00 pm Newfoundland Daylight Savings Time, Monday, January 29th, 2018, for the above mentioned tender with a public opening to follow:

Bids must be submitted on our official “Invitation to Tender” form, placed in a sealed envelope, marked with the tender number and addressed to:

Those who wish to submit their tender by fax may do so by sending it marked "Tender for Box Furnace", including tender number, to (709) 864-7909. Please note that all submissions must be accompanied by a signed "Invitation to Tender" form. Tenders will be opened publicly at the Department of Ocean Sciences, room OS-3000 shortly after the closing on the date specified.
In the event that the University is closed earlier than normally expected prior to a scheduled tender closing for that day, or for the full day, the closing date for those tenders will be extended to the next business day for the University at the same time as listed originally.
The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
