Additional Bidding Instructions

- All pricing must be Canadian Dollars, exclusive of HST.
- The INVITATION TO TENDER form must be completed in its entirety, including Company name, signatureand contact information on EACH PAGE.
- Items 1 through 6 will be awarded to the same manufacturer.
- All orders are to be shipped FOB College of the North Atlantic to the campus as indicated on the PurchaseOrder. Delivery addresses are listed within.
- All Bids (Invitation to Tender Form) must be electronically submitted through the MERX eProcurementWebsite MERX: Government of Newfoundland and Labrador – solicitations, on or before the Closing Date& Time. Responses submitted by methods other than the bidding system will not be accepted.
- College of the North Atlantic reserves the right to award this tender in whole or in part.
- EHF fees must be included in the price of the unit.
- All Supplier initiated contacts and questions regarding this Tender must be directed through Merx priorto the Question Acceptance deadline. Questions that are submitted shall be answered and posted publicfor all vendors, to the extent possible without interfering with the quality or fairness of the Tendering process. Verbal responses to any inquiry are NOT binding on either party.
