NL Health Services (NLHS) is administering this RFSQ on behalf of all Health Zones. This RFSQ is intended to pre-qualify vendors to participate in the future process for obtaining leased residential housing for the immediate need as well as future need. Only vendors who have been pre-qualified under this RFSQ will be eligible to participate in the process.
The RFSQ will not directly result in a contract or any other legally binding obligation(s) as its sole intent is to establish a vendor pool for an upcoming or future open call process to secure leased housing. Once the vendor pool is established, the process will be initiated which will ultimately select a preferred bidder(s) to enter into contract negotiations.
This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFSQ, as well as the Public Procurement Act.
Landlords must abide by the Residential Tenancies Act 2018.

The vendor pools that are created as a result of this RFSQ will be available until October 2026.
Note this RFSQ will remain open until July 30th, 2026. Vendor submissions will be accepted and reviewed on a bi weekly basis beginning February 26th, 2026 and those that are deemed compliant will be added to the qualified suppliers pool.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DUE TO THE RESTICTIONS OF THE MERX PLATFORM, IN ORDER TO REVIEW THE PROPOSALS SUBMITTED AND ADD COMPLIANT BIDS TO THE POOL OF QUALIFIED SUPPLIERS, IT IS REQUIRED THAT WE CLOSE THE OPEN CALL ON A BIWEEKLY BASIS. PLEASE NOTE THE RFSQ WILL CLOSE BIWEEKLY BUT GET REPOSTED IMMEDIATLEY AND THIS PROCESS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THE FINAL POSTING WHICH THE CLOSING DATE WILL REMAIN AS INDICATED ABOVE (July 30th, 2026).
