The Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation (NLC) is soliciting proposals for the development of an ePASS Workflow Management Solution.
NLC is pursuing a solution to automate and enhance existing NLC business processes related to Category Management product listings.
The primary objective of NLC is to obtain a comprehensive solution encompassing:
· Cloud/software as a service (SaaS) or on-premise solution, and all related hardware and software components
· Professional Services for the following:
o Design
o Development
o Collaboration on any required Integrations
o Streamlining processes (NLC would like to look at using internal resources to perform co-development, as an opportunity to learn and support the application)
o Configuration
o Documentation and Training
o Vendor Project Management (overall project will be managed by NLC)
o An understanding of Support, Security, and Maintenance processes/procedures
This project supports NLC’s strategic goals of Exceptional Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, and Grow the Business. It does so by making more efficient the structured framework that governs how products are evaluated and introduced into the marketplace.
