Description

The Grande Prairie Airport Commission (GPAC) invites written proposals from qualified firms (Proponent) for the Field Electrical Center Regulator Upgrade located at the Grande Prairie Airport. Proposals are solicited in accordance with the terms, conditions, and instructions as set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP).

The Field Electrical Center was last rehabilitated in 1994. The Proponent will be required to interface with the Project Manager for this project, in order to ensure proper and timely completion of this project. This project could require phasing and possible night and or weekend work.

The Grande Prairie Airport Commission will receive sealed Proposals, marked accordingly and addressed and delivered to the Grande Prairie Airport Commission office of the CEO, prior to 2:00 p.m. local time on April 30, 2019.
Any proposals received at this office after the closing date and time shown above will not be accepted and will be returned.

Changes in the Proposal will only be considered when submitted in writing in a sealed envelope and providing such change is received at the office of the CEO prior to the established closing date and time.

The Grande Prairie Airport Commission will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation or presentation of proposals. All proposals become property of Grande Prairie Airport Commission upon submission and will not be returned.

Proposals must be submitted with sufficient detail to allow the Grande Prairie Airport Commission to evaluate the proposal from the documents received.
