The Work includes, but is not limited to interior renovations to accomodate a Medical Device Reprocessing Department, Endoscopy Suite and Patient Recovery Room, involving dust and infection control hoarding, abatement of asbestos containing drywall joint compound, demolition, new metal stud and drywall partitions, drywall ceilings, doors and frames, flooring, painting, new exterior windows, and associated Mechanical, Pluming and Electrical work including ductwork, hydronic heating, medical gas piping, pluming and fixtures, power, lighting, nurse call and fire alarm tie-ins.
