21/22-011 - Voiceover Services

We plan on developing voiceover files for a total of ten (10) modules, to be split between two bioethics courses. We are searching for between 1-2 artists to take on this role and are looking for Indigenous and gender-diverse representation during this process. Voiceover artists are expected to communicate with IPHCC’s Indigenous Cultural Safety team, with the potential of communicating with our other vendors too (for ex. E-learning architects and videographers). The voiceovers that will support our courses will be a part of our broader training curriculum, Anishinaabe Mino’ayaawin (People in Good Health). We are looking for artists who are comfortable speaking to sensitive and potentially triggering topics. Much of the content covers historical and contemporary Indigenous issues.

IPHCC currently has a website built on WordPress, as well as a learning management system built on CLUEVO. Currently, our courses are being designed through Articulate 360. The selected vendor would be responsible for developing audio in a format supported by WordPress and CLUEVO.
