5427-23 - Advisory Services for the Standards Centre of Excellence

Infoway intends to establish a Centre of Excellence for standards and pan-Canadian specifications in Canada. To achieve this Infoway is looking to engage external advisory services to determine and fully map out the scope, approach, priority setting, and execution roadmap with clear milestones, realistic timelines and the internal and external change management needed to achieve this goal.
The ideal vendor will assess Infoway’s footprint in standards to further solidify and promote robust roles & responsibilities for Infoway as the pan-Canadian “source of truth” for standards in the interoperability space, and clearly articulate the vision and mandates for our new and revised scope under the new” Standards Centre of Excellence”.
