Bids are invited for the construction of the new Dene Tha’ Woman’s Shelter and related sitework, located in Bushe River, Alberta, for a stipulated price remuneration in accordance with the contract documents.

The Work to be undertaken under the Contract Involves:
.1 The construction of new building.
.2 Site works include utility connections, sidewalks, hard & soft landscaping.
.3 Project includes Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Landscape work as defined by the Contract Documents.

The Owner for this project is the Dene Tha' First Nation. The Prime Consultant for this project is Iwanski Architecture. It is the Owner's intent to enter into a CCDC 2 - 2020 Contract with the successful bidder.
