Description

Two distinct organizations, specifically Kingston Community Health Centres (KCHC) and Addiction & Mental Health Services – KFLA (AMHS-KFLA), are integrating their management of IT Services. As such, we endeavour to find a single Managed Service Provider (MSP) to support both Clients.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to specify the requirements for KCHC and
AMHS-KFLA (the Clients), and solicit responses for the selection of a shared MSP to provide IT
Support Services to the Clients. This document provides information about the Clients and requests responses to questions about the proposed solution.

MSP’s are invited to provide a firm proposal and pricing for the supply of IT Support Services for
the term specified in section 4.1: Term of Agreement, to meet requirements
of the Clients.
