Description

Mishkeegogamang First Nation is soliciting prequalification of general contractors for the construction of a new 165 m2 gross fire hall along with associated site development and infrastructure based on a design-bid-build process. The site has all weather road access and is cleared. Water and hydro services are available to the site, sewage is planned to be based on a tank and pump-out service. A topographical survey and geotechnical investigation will be available.

The construction cost estimate is $2,120,976.

Project Management is by Keewatin-Aski Ltd.
The Prime Consultant is Architecture49.

Construction is planned to start in the summer of 2025 and be complete in early 2026.
