Description

Request for Design Engineering Services for Water Treatment Plant Upgrades for the Anishinaabeg of Naongashiing (AON) First Nation. Services include all Design Engineering Services required during the design, construction, commissioning and warranty periods of the proposed Anishinaabeg of Naongashiing Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Project.

Upgrades include a new diseal generator, new pressure filters and UV disinfection, new wells and raw water piping, decommissioning of existing water treatment equipment, upgrades / replacement of distribution pumps, instrumentation and SCADA within the WTP, new service lines and point-of-entry systems.

Selection of the Engineer will be by a competitive proposal process, as per the tendering policy of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC), in response to this Terms of Reference.
