Carlingview Manor is a new LTC home that will be constructed on a 2.56 acre greenfield site in a single phase. The Carlingview Manor long-term care project is five storeys non-combustible with partial basement, totaling 17,656 m2, accommodating 320 beds in 10 Resident Home Areas (RHAs) with amenity spaces. The structure is primarily Precast Concrete and Cold Formed Steel CFS construction, except for the basement where the structure is Cast in Place (CIP) concrete and block. Façades are brick cladded at the first floor level and cladded in ACM for floors for 2nd to the 5th floors. Openings are comprised of aluminum windows and curtain wall system for the glazed area at the main entrance and the large opening at the end of each corridor. Construction start is anticipated early summer 2023 with completion fall 2025
Major trades will be prequalified based on the criteria provided. There will be 18 trade packages issued as a private tender to successful prequalified trades. Bidders are to identify which package they are prequalifying for. The list of tender packages include:
