Description

The intent of this Request for Prequalification is to obtain submissions from Proponents for Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Gypsum Wall Assemblies/Ceiling and Facility Remediations to generate a list of qualified bidders for future tender packages associated with the Construction Management of the Manitoba Courts Renovation, Lower-Level Thompson Provincial Office Building. The redevelopment of the Lower-Level of the Thompson POB will accommodate the requirements of Manitoba Justice for courtrooms and ancillary spaces Tender the Work as stated in section 4.3 Project Description and Tender and perform the Work within the time stated in 4.4 Anticipated Timeline.
