Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor through a Two (2) Part procurement process to provide flooring replacement and asbestos abatement work, as well as the associated move management work required (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the 4th floor at 1181 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
This work will include a phased flooring replacement throughout the fourth (4th) floor, including demolition of existing flooring materials, asbestos abatement and move coordination schedule for the work throughout the floorplate.

- Technical Submission; and
- If applicable, written correspondence from the Contract Administrator approving a substitute in accordance with Section B5.0.
NOTE: Bidders must not include references to prices within their Technical Bid. If prices are included in the Technical Bid, the Bidder will be disqualified and receive no further consideration.
