The intent of this bid is to obtain stipulated price (lump-sum) bid(s) from bidders for trade contract work for the CancerCare Manitoba CCMB Immediate Needs & Stabilization
MacCharles Building, Level 2 – Radiation Oncology Office, located at 675 McDermot Ave, Winnipeg, Manitoba as indicated in the bid documents.

Work of this Contract comprises reconfiguring existing space and creating new offices on the 2nd level of the CancerCare Manitoba MacCharles Building to accommodate clinician offices relocated from the 3rd floor.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Thursday, November 24, 2022 at 11:00am Winnipeg local time.

Trade Contractors wanting to view the site are to RSVP no later than 12:00pm local time on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 to confirm their attendance, as well as complete and digitally submit the following required forms to Dan Nychuk via email dnychuk@bockstael.com
- Information and Agreement for Visitors on Business form (Refer to Appendix B to Division 00).
- Non-Mandatory Site Walkthrough - Pre-Confirmation form (Refer to Appendix C to Division 00).

Attendees shall meet at the main entrance of 675 McDermot Ave, Winnipeg MB.

No personnel will be allowed on-site without the completed forms, submitted in advance, and without confirmation from the Owner. Unauthorized or unscheduled visits will not be permitted.
