The Government of Manitob requests Proposals to provide audit and related services to Government of Manitoba Departments and other organizations comprising the Government Reporting Entity. These Services are required for; financial statement audits, related services and audit consulting services.
The Procurement of Auditing and related services covered by this RFP will follow a 2 stage approach.
In Stage 1 Proponents will be asked for information about their organization, operations, experience, understanding of the Services required, approach to service delivery, and resource rate structure for each audit and related services. Pre-Qualified Consultants will be identified through Stage 1 to comprise a “multi-use supplier lists” based on area of expertise and interest.
In Stage 2 a Statement of Work will be issued that contains a description of the Services required, including deliverables, project requirements, nature of the audit, size and scope of the audit delivery dates, and any special considerations. Pre-Qualified Consultants from Stage 1 will respond to the Services described in each SOW. Consultants SOW response will be evaluated based on the project plan and total project cost of qualified Consultants.
It is expected that Pre-Qualified Consultants will be entering into an Agreement for a period of approximately three (3) years with Manitoba during which time they will have the opportunity to negotiate Statements of Work for periods of up to five (5) years.
