DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
The Work shall comprise of all that is required, including (non-exhaustive) supervision, labour, materials, plant, tools, equipment, meals and accommodations, transportation, biosecurity, fuel, oil, equipment repairs, licenses, administration costs, insurance, and warranty of workmanship for the integrated pole maintenance program in various Manitoba locations for a ten (10)-month duration, terminating April 30, 2022, with the possibility of extending for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. This program consists of but is not limited to, the following:
(a) pole identification number tag attachment,
(b) pole attributes collection; both confirmation and corrections, upload pole survey data,
(c) detailed pole inspections,
(d) pole condition and general hardware asset evaluations,
(e) application of in-service treatments,
(f) electronic photo (as specified in the Pole Inspection section of the Technical Requirements); and
(g) provision of final summary reports (includes chemical and pesticide report).
