DATA CENTRE UPGRADES – 360 PORTAGE AVENUE, WINNIPEG, MANITOBA
The Work consists of construction services required for mechanical and electrical upgrades in supporting the Level 19 (“L19”) and Level 24 (“L24”) data server rooms located at 360 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba Descriptions of ITEMS of the Work listed below are provided as a general overview. Detailed Purchaser’s Requirements are provided in the Technical Requirements. The Work includes the following ITEMs:
ITEM 1: L19 Data Server Room Mechanical and Electrical System Upgrades
ITEM 2: L24 Data Server Room Mechanical and Electrical System Upgrades

MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING
A mandatory site visit will be held over the course of two days, April 22nd and April 23rd, 2021. Each interested party will be limited to no more than three (3) of its company representatives.

Pre-booked appointments are required for viewing the two (2) sites, to be made two (2) days in advance (contact information can be found in tender document).

Contractors representatives will be required to complete the attached Contractor Covid 19 Self Screen the day of the intended pre-booked visit and provide the completed form to Manitoba Hydro's representative.
