Description

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
The Contractor shall supply, and deliver DDP to the Purchaser, the ITEMs ordered by the Purchaser in a release purchase order, all in accordance with the Contract. This Agreement will take effect as of March 1st, 2020 and will continue until February 28,2021 subject to earlier termination. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms, unless either party provides written notice of its intent not to renew at least 60 days prior to the expiry of the current term.
