DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
EXTERMINATOR SERVICES, RURAL MANITOBA

The Work scope consists of all that is required including the provision of extermination services to eliminate various animals and insects, including but not limited to mice, rats, snakes, crawling and flying insects, and pigeons, where specified, at various Manitoba Hydro locations for the period commencing August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020 with the option to renew for an four (4) additional one (1) year terms.

a) Price, including variation from Net 30 terms of payment      60 %
b) Demonstrated track record and previous experience in similar work requested in this RFQ.      20 %
c) Proposed Qualified personnel 15%.
d) Safety program and record   5%

10:30AM on June 26, 2019 for all interested Respondents. To attend the site visit/meeting, the

NOTE: Respondents will be required to provide their own hard hats, safety footwear and reflective
vests while on Site. Any Respondent without the required safety items may be refused access to Site.
