DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
The Work shall consist in the supply of all that is required for the preventative maintenance, repair, and upgrade (when required) of all HVAC equipment at Manitoba Hydro Place, 360 Portage Avenue in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Contractor is required to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for required repairs to the subject equipment.
