The Work of this Tender No. X21163 is generally described below:

Headingley Traffic Signals, intersection of Provincial Trunk Highway (PTH) 1 and Racetrack Rd. Installing Traffic Signal Plant which includes concrete bases, underground electrical conduits, and pull pits at the Intersection.

Installation of new signals and detection Cabling, Poles, Signal Heads, Power Pedestal and Traffic Controller will be by Manitoba Infrastructure, Traffic Engineering.

After the intersection has been transitioned to the new traffic signals by Manitoba Infrastructure, demolition of:
• Non-reused Traffic signals plant.
