-For those Prime Contract and Sub-Trade Bidders who already attended the first pre-bid meeting on March 25, 2024, it is NOT MANDATORY to attend the second pre-bid meeting, but is optional.
-For Prime Contract Bidders who did NOT attend the first pre-bid meeting on March 25, 2024, it IS MANDATORY to attend the second pre-bid meeting to bid on the entire project.
-It is NOT MANDATORY for sub-trade bidders to attend the second pre-bid meeting, but is optional.
