Prairie Mountain Health (PMH) is accepting the deliverable from Proponents for the provision of one (1) laundry cart washer at the Brandon Regional Health Centre in Brandon, Manitoba. Our current cart washer will be decommissioned by PMH staff. The site will be repaired and readied to accommodate the winning proponent cart washer. It is the intent to enter into an Agreement with one Proponent who will undertake to provide the equipment and installation as identified in this RFP. Proponents will have the ability to subcontract, if required. Proponents may submit more than one proposal that meets the desired configuration if multiple options exist within the Proponent’s product offerings.
Proponents are also advised that should it be determined that the successful Proponent(s) equipment offering contains any consumables, components, accessories and/or services that are proprietary to the equipment and/or sole source to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or exclusive Distributor, PMH may choose, in its sole discretion, to not issue another competitive bid and proceed to form an Agreement for any or all of the above or for the Distributor at any time during and/or after the expiry of this anticipated Agreement
