WORK INCLUDED THIS SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE
FOLLOWING ITEMS:
.1Cleaning out all masonry joints to a depth of approximately 1" in the first 36" of the walls above the lower roof level which contain old caulking materials,insulation or soft or frost damaged mortar.
.2 Removal of all loose or damaged brick work, and cleaning of same ready for reinstallation.
.3 Repairs to damaged brick work and resetting loose bricks.
.4 Wetting down wall and joints to be restored.
.5 Repointing with new mortar containing "Daraweld" latex bonding agent.
.6 Preparation of lower section of wall and urethane roof surface with NT-P NORD PRIMER to manufacturer's specifications.
.7 Application of "NORDSHIELD" membrane 1.5 mil thick to vertical insulation aluminum paint surface and out onto the roof deck.
.8.Clean out and provide new "weep" holes at base of brick "vent" holes at top of brick as necessary to vent air space behind brick veneer.
.9 Paint NORDSHIELD membrane with 2 coats of aluminum paint
