The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified service providers for the work as described in the attached document and for the City of Steinbach to enter into an Agreement with the Proponent whose proposal is judged to serve the best interests of the City of Steinbach.

The 2026 aerial flyover project generally consists of:

Aerial Survey acquistion covering 199.490 square km suitable for 10cm imagery or better, and photogrammetric measurements at an accuracy of +/-15cm. A map of the flyover area is attached.
Provision of:
- 1.609 x 1.609 km GeoTiff Files
- Area wide ortho mosaic .ecw file (or similar) that is usable in Esri and Autodesk products
- Photogrammetric map services producing 25cm contour mapping of acquisition area
- LIDAR DEM file covering the acquisition area
