RRC Polytech is seeking proposals from qualified Civil Engineering Consultants with expertise in municipal water infrastructure to design and oversee the urgent replacement of the damaged water main in the West Parking Lot. The temporary patch repairs are not a permanent solution, and the failing system poses risks to campus operations, water supply integrity, and safety. The selected consultant will provide a turnkey solution, including assessment, design, permitting, tender support, and construction oversight to ensure a durable, code-compliant replacement aligned with RRC Polytech’s infrastructure standards. The project will prioritize safety, with a strong emphasis on minimizing disruption to campus activities during construction. Collaborating with the college's Project Manager throughout the project is necessary to ensure compliance with all requirements and standards. Stakeholders will value transparency in project updates, timelines, and deliverables, and the ability to adapt plans based on unforeseen conditions as they arise is crucial.
