Description

Pembina Trails School Division is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified and independent audit firms to provide professional external audit services. The scope of work includes the annual audit of consolidated financial statements, Schedule of Compensation audit, EIS enrolment verification, statutory attest functions, management letter reporting, and presentation of audit findings to the Board or designated committee.

The contract is for an initial three (3)-year term commencing July 1, 2026, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional one-year terms, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
