Site Visit/Pre-Bid Meeting
1. A mandatory site visit/pre-bid meeting has been scheduled as follows:
Location: École Marie-Anne Gaboury, 95 Pulberry Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba
Date and Time: May 13, 2025 at 4:00 PM local time
2. Proponents are to meet at École Marie-Anne Gaboury, 95 Pulberry Street, Winnipeg,
Manitoba prior to 4:00 PM to sign the site attendance sheet.
3. Proponents are to pre-register by email to the RFP Contact at dmclarty@kgsgroup.com. It
is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received
prior to the meeting.
4. Deadline for registration is the end of the business day, May 12, 2025.
5. Attendance will be confirmed and recorded.
6. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from the Owner, Manitoba, or
the Owner’s representatives or other third parties at the site visit/pre-bid meeting unless the
RFP Contact has provided the information in writing.
