1.0 Summary and Objectives:

1.1 Manitoba Department of Public Service Delivery, Asset Management Division is issuing this Procurement Notice (PN) 4856 to inform the market of an upcoming Invitation to Tender (ITT) 004856-b1 to achieve the following objectives:

1.2 To introduce the Door and Hardware Revisions (the “Project”) at the Woodsworth Building, 4th Floor, 405 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
1.3 To provide advance notice of a forthcoming Invitation to Tender (ITT) #004856-b1, providing prospective contactors time to prepare for the ITT.
1.4 Section 2 of this document provides a brief description of the Project scope, all of which will be provided in further detail in the forthcoming ITT.
1.5 This PN is not a tender process, nor a request for proposal, but only information notice to the formal ITT Procurement related to this posting. No legal relationship or obligation regarding the procurement of any good or service shall be created between a Proponent and Manitoba by this PN.
