Full TItle: Professional Consulting Services for Sewer Separation Projects in Partially Separated Combined Sewer Areas (HAF)

D10. SCOPE OF SERVICES

D10.1 The services required under this Contract shall consist of providing engineering
services for small-scale sewer separation works in partially separated combined sewer districts.

D10.2 The Services required under this Contract shall be in accordance with the following:
(a) Preliminary Design in accordance with D12;
(b) Detailed Design and Procurement in accordance with D13;
(c) Non-Resident Contract Administration in accordance with D14;
(d) Resident Contract Administration in accordance with D15; and
(e) Post Construction Services in accordance with D16.
D10.2.1 The Services required under D10.2 shall be in accordance with the City’s Project
Management Manual https://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-management-
program/templates-manuals.stm#3 and templates http://winnipeg.ca/infrastructure/asset-
management-program/templates-manuals.stm#4 . Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Consultant is being
engaged by the City for their professional expertise; the Consultant shall bring to the Consulting
Contract Administrator’s attention any aspect of the City’s Project Management Manual or templates
which the Consultant is of the opinion is not consistent with good industry practice.
D10.2.2 Where the Services required include Contract Administration, Consultants shall
pay particular attention to the revisions to Section 9.19 and 9.20.1 of the City’s Project
Management Manual in Addendum #8.
