Description

The Town of Neepawa begin servicing a new Subdivision "Project 320" this initial quote will see the installation of Water and Sewer mains. There are roughly 780m of pipe installation.
The Town will be suppling all material required and is requesting contractors provide hourly rates for equipment and labourers. It should be noted that the site is expected to have a high water table and sand pointing equipment would be an asset.

Contractors are to submit list of equipment and rates.
Sandpoint costs, if required.
Labourers and experience
Contractor supplied surveyor for record keeping.

Installation will be oversighted by Town staff and Town's Consultant/Engineers

Selection process will be based on industry experience, cost, start date, completion date. The Town reserves the right to eliminate any quote that does not meet our criteria.

This will not be a typical bid, as we intend to hire by hour.
Contractors are to provide estimated performance numbers including. Number of meters of pipe installed per hour.
Bedding sand will be provided if needed.
