Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery to prospective Contractors to submit proposals for a Bunk House Construction as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”). Location will be at Clearwater Provincial Park, The Pas, MB.

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.

Deadline for questions September 8, 2025. All questions must be submitted to the RFP contact at bids@gov.mb.ca. Manitoba will only address questions that were sent to this email address.

Bid submission deadline is September 16, 2025 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
