Description

This Request for Standing Offer (“Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery to prospective Vendors to qualify for the Provision of Counselling Services as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of the Deliverables (Appendix B).
The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to obtain submissions from vendors to provide Affiliate Counselling services to Employee and Family Assistance program (EFAP). EFAP is looking for up to 18 counsellors throughout Manitoba to provide service to the Manitoba government core employees, their eligible family members and external organizations that have agreements to access the program. One vendor can bid on multiple locations.
