Shared Health is currently working to modernize its procurement processes to support sustainable healthcare advancements and improved service delivery across the province. A key component of this modernization effort is the acquisition and standardization of higher and lower volume high-quality Radiographic Fluoroscopy Equipment, which will strengthen diagnostic capabilities and improve patient outcomes.
To support this initiative, Shared Health is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to assess the market for Radiographic Fluoroscopy equipment providers capable of delivering reliable, advanced imaging technology. This RFI will not be used to evaluate, rank or select vendors, nor will it be used to pre-qualify or screen vendors for a subsequent competitive bidding process, if any.
The insights gathered through this RFI will guide Shared Health in developing an effective sourcing strategy and establishing an appropriate agreement to Shared Health and service delivery organizations throughout Manitoba in procuring Radiographic Fluoroscopy equipment that meets their standards for quality and consistency.
Ultimately, the goal of this RFI is to systematically understand the market, supplier landscape, and available equipment options, enabling Manitoba to make well-informed, strategic procurement decisions that benefit healthcare across the province.
