Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) confirms the Owner's wish to appoint a Construction Manager
(CM) through an abbreviated competitive evaluation process, who will then serve as an integral
member of the Project Team. The responsibility of the Construction Manager will be to advise
of constructability, conduct cost estimating, and tender the contract documents and
specifications to sub-trades through an open book process.
