Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Tender #151 Sprinkler Head Replacement
Manitoba Public Insurance wishes to retain a Vendor to remove approximately 1991 sprinkler heads, and supply and install new replacements in the indoor parking floors of Cityplace, an office and retail complex in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba, located at 234 Donald Street (also known as 333 St. Mary Avenue), in accordance with MPI’s Service Requirements set out in Schedule B, as more fully described in the RFT.
*There is a size limitation on bid submissions of 20 MB per file. Multiple files may be submitted.
Mandatory Site Visit:
It is mandatory that the Vendor, or a Representative of the Vendor, attends a site visit to examine the scope of the Service Requirements and the existing conditions (“Site Visit”). A maximum of two (2) people per Vendor shall attend. Prior to the Site Visit Vendors should confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with Section 6.03.
The Site Visit shall be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, starting at 9:00 am local time at the Cityplace Security Desk on the main floor at 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFT.
The final date for submissions is February 3, 2026 at 4:30 PM (CT). Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFT.
