Description

The RM of Reynolds is seeking proposals from qualified developers to purchase and develop municipally owned land in Molson. Three (3) quarter-sections of land are available for development, identified as Parcel A (Roll Number 233100), Parcel B (Roll Number 233100.01), and Parcel C (Roll Number 233100.02). All three parcels are zoned Rural Settlement Residential (RSR) under the RM of Reynolds Zoning By-law. Each parcel offers distinct opportunities, with Parcel A accessible via Molson Road, Parcels B and C requiring new road construction to support development.
