Product information - If a Vendor has an alternative paper product of equal or greater quality it may offer that but the product description must be included with the Quotation. The WCB may request a test sample.
Annual quantity (over a 5-year term) - These are approximate usage requirements and the WCB does not guarantee any minimum annual order.
The Contractor must allow WCB to bill and hold (purchase bulk quantity up front to be delivered, as needed, to the WCB's offices at 333 Broadway, 363 Broadway, and the WCB Appeal Commission at 600-330 St. Mary Avenue., within twenty-four (24) hours of request.
A Contractor that is a corporation or partnership will, prior to providing the Services, provide written proof that it is in good legal standing to carry on business in its home jurisdiction and shall remain so for the duration of the Services.
Even if the Contractor is not required pursuant to The Workers Compensation Act to have and maintain workers compensation coverage in Manitoba, the WCB shall require the Contractor to purchase and maintain workers compensation coverage for its workers who will be providing the Services in Manitoba.
