The Government of Manitoba (Manitoba) is requesting bid submissions for
the Supply and Delivery of a Grinder Pump, for the Department of Public
Service Delivery (Assets Management Division) for a one-time purchase.
This is a replacement for existing grinder. The Grinder Pump must fit
the existing Grinder Station Barrel and railing at Milner Ridge
Correctional center, (50 mm rails with 509 mm width) and must be MUFFIN
MONSTER GRINDER unit MODEL: 30005-0024-DI, no substitutions.
EXCLUSION CLAUSE:
In consideration of Manitoba's procurement policies and applicable trade
agreements, this Solicitation is limited to Canadian suppliers who have
submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of
the solicitation. If no compliant submissions are received from Canadian
suppliers, Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion.
NOTE:

QUOTATION EVALUATION:
Generally, the lowest overall price of an acceptable item(s) [lowest
compliant bid] in accordance with the terms & conditions of the RFQ will
be awarded the order.
Quotations will also be evaluated based on the suitability of the unit
offered compared to the end user's needs, product specifications,
delivery, warranty, price, quality of the bidder's performance in past
awards and any other terms & conditions indicated on this RFQ.
Failure to provide adequate information to evaluate the item offered may
be cause for rejection of your quote by the Manitoba Government
(Manitoba). Suitability selection to be at Manitoba's sole discretion.
QUALITY / ACCEPTABILITY
All products supplied are subject to inspection prior to acceptance.
Manitoba reserves the right to reject any products, after final
inspection that does not meet the specification requested.
