This Request for Quotations (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Public Service Delivery, to prospective Suppliers to submit Submissions for the supply and delivery of two (2) playground equipment, as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of Deliverables (Appendix B).
The qualified vendor will supply and deliver two (2) playground equipment to ECC 84-037, PTH 44, 1.5 km east of Rennie, MB R0E 1R0.
In consideration of Manitoba’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this Solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian and Non-US suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion
Manitoba and the Contractor acknowledge and agree that, upon contract award, the Contractor shall collaborate with Manitoba to identify and procure an alternative product in cases where a non-Canadian manufactured product has been proposed. Alternative products made in Canada will be preferred and must be equivalent in quality and performance to the originally specified product, where possible. Any cost variances shall be substantiated with supporting documentation, including invoices and receipts.

Vendors and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba, other than the Solicitation Contact, concerning matters regarding this Solicitation. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the Vendor and the rejection of the Vendor’s Submission.
Deadline for questions November 27, 2025. All questions must be submitted to the Solicitation Contact at bids@gov.mb.ca.
Bid submission deadline is December 11, 2025 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
