Description

The University of Winnipeg is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a qualified and experienced mechanical contractor for the supply and installation of isolation valves within the Centennial Hall heating system.

The primary objective of this project is to enhance the serviceability of the heating infrastructure, allowing specific sections to be isolated for maintenance or repair without draining the entire system. The project is scheduled to commence during the second week of August 2025, and it is critical that the work be substantially completed before the 2025 winter season.

The University intends to enter into a fixed-price contract with the proponent that best demonstrates the ability to meet the project's technical requirements, aggressive timeline, and overall value
