Description

Winnipeg Housing Rehabilitation Corporation is looking for a General Contractor to manage the retrofit of four multi-family buildings in our portfolio including 60 Frances Street, 435 Sargent Avenue, 461 Cumberland Avenue and 576 McDermot Avenue. Work comprises architectural, whole building window replacements, electrical and mechanical upgrades, and associated works to upgrade the overall energy performance of the buildings.
