Description

New Construction of a sprinklered, 730 sq.m. Cultural Centre in Misipawistik Cree Nation that includes a MPR gathering space, traditional healing spaces, office/admin spaces, a kitchen/servery, associated site development, access road, and water/sewer servicing hook-up. Construction Budget is $8,000,000.

Mandatory Bidders Site Walk-through is taking place on April 4, 2024 at 10:30 am CST (meeting location, Misipawistik Cree Nation Band Office). Stantec has arranged for a charter flight out of Winnipeg via Fastair on April 4th at 8:30am CST, 7 seats are available for $500/seat paid directly to Fastair. Please reach out to Kailey Kroeker or Chelsea Colburn to reserve your seat and confirm your attendance at the site walk through. Seats will be prioritized for each bidding General Contractor Lead, additional seats may be requested if multiple persons from the same bidding team would like to attend the walk-through.

It is anticipated, Construction Documents (Drawings & Project Manual) will be released via Addendum 1 on March 28, 2024.
