NOTICE OF TENDER
CITY OF PORTAGE LA PRAIRIE

Submissions are invited for the following:

20 OPS 018 – Saskatchewan Ave. E. Sidewalk Reconstruction Between Royal Rd. N. and 3RD St. N.E.

Tenders will be available on Thursday, April 23, 2020. Due to the current circumstances, tenders will be issued by email upon request by calling the Operations Department, at 204-239-8346.

Generally, the work being tendered includes:

- Removal of Existing Paving Stone Sidewalk
- Installation of New Concrete Sidewalk
- Planting Boulevard Trees

Sealed bids must be received at the Operations Department on or before 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. Emailed submissions must be submitted as a PDF attachment and clearly labelled as indicated in the tender documents. Faxed bids will not be accepted.

Tenders will not be opened publicly. All Tenders shall be irrevocable after the official opening and before the awarding of the contract.

LOWEST OR ANY TENDER NOT NECESSARILY ACCEPTED.
